Return Eligibility
We support returns and exchanges within 30 days from the date of purchase for all our storage rack products (coat racks, makeup organizers, kitchen spice racks, household bookshelves). To be eligible for return, products must be unused, unassembled, in original packaging and in resalable condition. Assembled products that are artificially damaged, worn or missing accessories are not eligible for free return.

Free Return Conditions
We provide free returns for products with quality problems, manufacturing defects, wrong items shipped or missing parts. For personal reasons (such as inappropriate size, style dissatisfaction), customers need to bear the return shipping fees.

Refund Process
After we receive and inspect the returned products, we will process the refund within 3–5 business days. The refund will be returned to the original payment account. If the customer chooses to exchange goods, we will arrange the re-delivery of qualified products within 2 working days after the return inspection is passed.

Partial Refund Rules
For partial damaged products or products with individual missing accessories, we support partial refunds or free accessory replacement instead of full refunds, to save customers’ time and logistics costs.
