Processing Time
All orders for our household storage racks (coat racks, makeup storage racks, bookshelves, spice rack holders) are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. We conduct strict quality inspections for all shelf products before packaging to ensure no damage, scratches or missing parts during delivery preparation.

Shipping Time & Methods
We offer standard and expedited shipping services for all storage rack products. Standard shipping takes 7–15 business days, while expedited shipping takes 3–7 business days, depending on the customer’s destination address. All orders are shipped via reliable logistics carriers to ensure the safe delivery of assembled and disassembled shelf parts.

Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on the product weight, size and delivery distance. We provide free standard shipping for orders that meet our minimum purchase threshold. Oversized and overweight items (such as large bookshelves and multi-layer coat racks) may incur additional shipping surcharges, which will be clearly displayed at checkout.

Delivery Notes
Customers are required to provide accurate and complete shipping addresses, including zip code and contact phone number. We are not responsible for delivery delays or lost packages caused by incorrect address information. In case of product damage or missing parts during transportation, customers can contact our customer service within 48 hours after receiving the package for after-sales processing.
